After a thrilling Day One, which saw Ryo Hisatsune (-10) take an early lead and world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler lag behind (E), I scoured the sportsbooks and found the best in-play odds for the remainder of the weekend. Let’s get right into it:

Outright Winners:

Russell Henley (+1900, FanDuel)
Henley opened Day One with a 6-under 66, putting him in a tie for 12th, despite losing -0.140 strokes on approach. He made up for it on the greens, gaining +1.496 strokes putting and holed 94 feet worth of putts, the 10th-best mark in the field. Henley should expect a big bounce-back with the irons on Day Two, as he ranks fifth on tour in strokes gained on approach, averaging +1.564 per round. If you missed out on betting him pre-tournament, you can still get some value out of a live bet on Henley.

Scottie Scheffler (+3000, FanDuel)
This could potentially be the longest Day Two odds we’ll see on Scheffler. He shot an opening-round 73 last week but bounced back with a 65-67-64 to finish T3. A 10-stroke deficit will be harder to overcome, though at 30:1, it’s worth sprinkling a unit or two on the world No. 1.

Jordan Spieth (+3000, FanDuel)
Spieth got off to a very clean start at Pebble, carding a bogey-free 66 and starting Day Two just four strokes back of Hisatsune. He ranked fifth in strokes gained putting (+2.490), went 7-for-7 in scrambling, and 2-for-2 on sand saves. He gained strokes across the bag and was fifth in putts per GIR (1.46). If he can continue hitting greens consistently, a hot-putting Jordan Spieth will always be a threat to those at the top of the leaderboard.

Finishing Positions:

Rickie Fowler, Top 5 (+210, FanDuel)
Fowler has been red-hot to start 2026, posting back-to-back T18 finishes. At the time of writing, he’s found 15 of 17 fairways, ranks 12th in strokes gained off the tee, and sits 9-under par through 22 holes at Pebble Beach. He’s seventh on tour in Round Two scoring average (65.5), so expect a big Day Two out of Fowler. As long as he rides this momentum to the weekend, his top-5 upside is very much in play. For those who prefer a more conservative approach, the top-10 (-120) also offers slight value.

Jake Knapp, Top 10 (+160)
A true value play, Knapp has been lighting it up to start the year. Results of 8th, T5, and T11 show just how strong he’s been. He enters Day Two T13 at 6-under, ranking fifth in strokes gained off the tee (+1.016), 14th on approach (+1.023), sixth in putting (+2.388), and is a perfect 4-for-4 in scrambling. It doesn’t end there; he’s also 11-for-14 in fairways hit and fourth in total feet of putts made (104′). Huge upside. His top-5 number is +320, and his outright odds sit at +1900.

Tony Finau, Top 20 (-135, FanDuel)
Finau, at the time of this article, sits T3 at -9 through his first 23 holes. The odds likely haven’t shortened due to his inconsistent season, which includes three missed cuts. However, he also posted a T11 after an opening-round 72 at the Farmers Insurance Open. He’s been hot around the greens at Pebble, ranking third in putting (+5.284 strokes), and is a perfect 5-for-5 in scrambling and 2-for-2 in sand saves. Finau finished T13 here last year and is playing with confidence.

Sahith Theegala, Top 20 (+550)
Theegala posted a 1-under 71 in Day One, only his fourth round of 71 or worse through five events this season. He lost nearly a full stroke in the short game, one of his strongest assets so far this year. He ranks 108th on tour in first-round scoring, dragged down by his 163rd-best first-round putting (30.75). After that rough start, he locks in, ranking inside the top 25 in both Day Two and Day Four scoring. His putts per round on Day Two are third-best (25.0). Giving Theegala time to adjust to the greens gives him excellent value at +550 to make the top 20.

The Top 10 finish market is crowded. More value currently lies in the Top 20, or Top 40 where available. 2-Ball matchups will be evaluated before Saturday’s round.
